During the technical meeting and with the occasion of the upcoming evaluation the status of the deliverables and the progress of the project were discussed in detail. Further technical issues were interpreted, such as specific queries for data and metadata (e.g. Micro CT metadata, genetics metadata & datasets), synonymization data, testing of access control to the infrastructure, and the creation of a Content Management System. The responsible partners contributed to the meeting with detailed presentations about: 1) the Directory Service and Metadata repository progresses, 2) the Synergy Reference Model (SRM) and its application to Lifewatch, 3) the SemMedObis as a semantic approach to the Mediterranean Ocean Biographic Information System, 4) the progress of the R Virtual-lab and 5) the Biological Indices calculation software.
